CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES

• We accept newborn – Teen clothing

• All clothes must be in a plastic bin, laundry basket or box. NO TRASH BAGS.

• We accept clothing by season, January – June we accept spring and summer, June – December we accept Fall/Winter.

• All clothes must be freshly laundered and ready for to be purchased. We suggest that if your clothing has been around pets, smoke or stored for a long period of time you wash the items before bringing them in for consignment.

• All clothes must be in excellent condition. We will NOT accept any clothing that has holes, stains, pilled, faded or out of shape.

• We are looking for current fashions that were purchased in the last 3 years. We are not brand specific however there are some brands that do not carry good resale value. For example: Faded Glory, Jumping Beans or Wonder Years. If you bought the item for under $5 we are more then unlikely going to be able to resell the item for you.

• We pay 40% of the selling price back to our consigners. We do all the pricing and reserve the right to place the items on sale. On the 15^th of every month Morgan's Boutique will send you an email with the balance of your account, however you may collect or check your balance at anytime. If you would like a check mailed to you please note that on your contract and there will be $1.00 processing fee.

• You will be asked to drop your items off for review. At the time of drop off you will be given a date to pick your unaccepted items up. If you do not pick the items up within 7 days of the date given, Morgan's Boutique reserves the right to donate the unaccepted items. When you pick your items up we will give you your consigner number along with a complete inventory list of all items accepted. You will also receive an email with the information.

• All unsold items will be returned to you to at the end of the season. It is a long process for us to change over our stock for the season. We begin our fall change over in July and summer change over in January if you would like your clothing back prior to those dates you will have to come into the store and pull your own items. You will be contacted through email at the end of the season to come and pick up your items. You will have 30 days from the email to pick up your unsold items or they will be donated to a local charity.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
